Break out the champagne! This Friday afternoon Gangplank Tucson finally leaves the dock. For most of the last year we’ve been preparing the space, meeting the community, hosting the odd event, and talking.  Lots and lots of talking.  But enough planning, now it’s public.

Many anchors from Gangplank Chandler are coming down, curious to see how the concept translates. We’ll hook up for the first global anchor meeting. Then there will be some speechifying, back clapping, boozing and socializing.  And then the real work of Gangplank will start. Laid off camp is already coming Nov. 12th!

But first, we’re partying because getting here was a lot of work.  So come join us for at the grand opening for Mr. K’s BBQ, brews and ballyhoo 3-7pm Friday, November 4th.
